ASUS wins iF China, Japan`s G-Mark for industrial design excellence

ASUSTeK Computer Inc (ASUS) recently won iF China and Japan`s G-Mark Awards, two of the world`s most prestigious honours in industrial design.

Industrie Forum, internationally renowned as one of the world`s leading design institutions, gives out the iF Award, also known as the "Design Oscar", annually to the best in the business.

This year, six ASUS products received this award, making the company one of the biggest winners.

According to figures from JIDPO, the sponsor of G-Mark, about 65% of the Japanese population recognizes the G-Mark logo, and over 50% understands what the logo stands for. Furthermore, close to 50% of the population will refer to the award committee`s review when purchasing, showing the importance of this award.
