@lantic Internet Services, the consumer ISP of AltX-listed DataPro Group, has announced that it now offers an @lantic branded wireless ADSL modem at a very competitive R799. In addition, @lantic has included a once-off FREE 1GB ADSL usage for each SMC router bought.
According to Dederick Venter, marketing manager at @lantic: "The SMC router hardware will be available for outright purchase from @lantic`s 190 franchisees and more than 600 service partners nationally, as well as directly from our Web site, www.lantic.net. This is the ultimate in convenience in offices where mobility is a requirement, eg for moving between the office and boardroom, or between departments. "At home the wireless functionality lets you work in your study as well as next to the pool," said Venter.
"Distribution of the hardware will be managed by Storgate, who is well known for their excellent service in the IT hardware distribution industry. We are privileged to be working with partners like Storgate and SMC, and we believe that the expertise brought to the table by each party will result in a professional product and service to our clients.
"@lantic," he said, "is ideally positioned for this type of product offering via our extended reseller channel. The national footprint of this channel provides @lantic with representation in every area and with our slogan of `Local Service, National Support`, the customer can always be assured that a local representative is available for face-to-face assistance."
More bundled offers like this will follow in the next few months. With @lantic`s extended buying power, customers will receive quality products at affordable prices combined with a national support infrastructure.
