Bank plans processing hub
As part of an exercise to rationalise costs, ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector lender, plans to set up a service centre in Hyderabad to house its call centres, back offices and training facilities, according to Business Standard.
The construction of the office is well under way and the lender has acquired land in Ahmedabad for another office.
“We want to make Hyderabad a service centre and move our back office, call centre and training facilities there and any processing operations that need not be run out of a regional office will be moved there,” says executive director, K Ramkumar.
CRMfusion releases DupeBlocker 2.0
Salesforce CRM users had few options for eliminating the problem of entering duplicate leads, accounts and contacts in Salesforce, until now, with the release of CRMfusion's DupeBlocker 2.0, reports CRMToday.
DupeBlocker 2.0 on the Salesforce AppExchange is also is enterprise-capable and fully integrated with the Force.com platform.
Designed to complement CRMfusion's existing Salesforce data quality tools, DemandTools and PeopleImport, DupeBlocker 2.0 stops users from creating duplicate records in the first place.
Calabrio integrates management solutions
Calabrio announced it is providing integration between the software components of the Calabrio One suite and third-party products that were designed for contact centre and enterprise performance management reporting and analytics, states TMCnet.
The company says its latest solution allows clients to integrate select statistics from Calabrio Workforce Management and Calabrio Compliance Recording and Quality Management software within the performance management and analytics reports of reporting partners, which include Aceyus, Cisco, and Exony.
“Performance management is a business transforming practice embraced by strategic-minded contact centres that measure success not merely on service level, but rather how each interaction contributes to customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability of the business,” said Tim Kraskey, vice-president of marketing and business development for Calabrio.
