Bateleur Software has announced the availability in SA of Address Standardisation Module (ASM) from Identity Systems, the first product of its kind to be offered alongside a world-class identity search and match solution.
Lizette Sander, Identity Systems Product Manager of Bateleur Software, says ASM provides a single platform for addressing the challenge of managing complex searching and matching requirements as well as robust data standardisation.
"Together with the latest Identity Search Server (ISS) software, ASM provides one of the only platforms that properly manages the challenge of highly accurate searching/matching, which benefits from the use of original data and robust data standardisation required for downstream processes," Sander says.
Bateleur Software is the South African distributor for Identity Systems, a worldwide leader in identity searching and matching technology.
According to Sander, ASM provides customers with several competitive advantages, including high scalability (processes 2 million records per hour) and a single application programming interface (API) for meeting all of their address standardisation needs.
"By offering ASM alongside the latest release of the Identity Search Server software, we believe we are now providing everything needed to maximise the efficiency of dealing with large databases of names and addresses," she says.
"For customers already looking for a world-class name/address searching and matching solution for their customer and marketing systems, ASM is designed to reduce the cost and complexity of deployment while providing the simplicity of working with a single, proven vendor."
The new ASM solution is designed to provide key cost-saving benefits, including increased effectiveness of mailing campaigns, reduced reshipment incidents and costs, and discounted mailing costs. A number of major South African blue-chip corporations are already using Identity Systems` software solutions.
