BidMagic releases PM solution
BidMagic, a vendor of professional proposal software, has released a new project management product for AV installation companies, says TMCnet.
The product is described by company officials as a Web based module using a calendar interface to allow project managers and dispatchers to create work orders, schedule installations and dispatch service and support.
The module lets teams collaborate without the need for server or sharepoint products. Sales teams also benefit from CRM (Customer Relationship Management) features for lead and sales pipeline tracking, company officials say.
