Progress manages applications

Progress Software defined a cure for enterprises facing the challenges of managing services-based applications, LinuxWorld reports.

In: "Finding the right software for managing your distributed business-critical applications", Progress Software outlines the top five criteria to ensure successful management of applications for any IT environment.

"Managing IT assets is easier said than done. Business-critical applications span a complex IT environment and are not always under the control of the application owner. The need for continuous availability of these applications creates challenges in production that only a comprehensive management tool can address,” said David Bressler, actional product and community evangelist at Progress Software.
