New investors for ISAN-IA

ISAN International Agency (ISAN-IA) has added three new investors - Agence Francaise ISAN, Agencia Iberoamericana del Registro ISAN, and Los Angeles-based Secure Path Technology - to facilitate the expansion of its identification standard by the global audio visual industry, reports Digital Media Wire.

ISAN-IA was established in 2003 as the international agency accredited by the International Standards Organisation to manage standards for audio visual works through unique identification regardless of language or country barriers.

Companies in the audio visual market have begun to adopt ISAN as the content identifier to be included with their internal systems to standardise the exchange of information across digital media platforms, including film, television, games, music and ads.
