A new way of doing business, GuardianAngel enables service providers to deliver a multi-tenant-aware hosted service that remotely monitors the quality of service of end-users` enterprises.
GuardianAngel delivers service monitoring of a customer`s server, network and application infrastructure with subscription terms, dramatically reducing service providers` operating costs. BMC Software`s mission of assuring business availability helps service providers keep their customers` applications performing optimally and reliably around-the-clock.
GuardianAngel was created through constant, in-depth communication with service providers as part of the BMC Software Customer Advisory Council (CAC), which works to satisfy customer priorities and define the general direction for research and other activities in the service provider marketplace.

This new Web-enabled monitoring service for service provider partners enables them to deliver managed services to their end-user customers. GuardianAngel offers end-user reports on the monitoring service being delivered by their service provider while simultaneously allowing the service provider to view all customers. Another key aspect of GuardianAngel is its ability to allow the service providers to deliver a self-provisioned service model where the end-user subscribes and configures their own management requirements, helping service providers drive down their operating costs while consistently improving service levels. This self-provisioning solution also integrates with BMC Software`s PATROL Enterprise Manager to provide a complete service provider-enabled management solution, giving service providers a more powerful offering, thus increasing their revenues.
