PIC Solutions has been selected by BoE Bank to provide ongoing credit and risk management consulting support for the Bank`s wide range of consumer credit card portfolios.
BoE Bank entered into this ongoing consulting relationship with PIC Solutions following the successful completion of a scorecard training assignment. Through this ongoing RiskMentor consulting contract BoE Bank `reserves` a specific level of consulting hours over the next 12 months.
BoE Bank can then make use of this consulting support at times when it is most needed. The bank chooses what projects and when the specialist consulting resources are to be used, thus ensuring maximum productivity, combined with stable monthly budgeting.
Eugene de Villiers, BoE Bank e-Business General Manager, states: "The RiskMentor gives us a flexible way of obtaining consulting expertise, which can be used whenever needed.
