MCI, the exclusive distributor for Bond International Software in SA and the largest distributor of staffing software in SA, today announced that the latter had joined forces with eEmpACT Software of Bloomington, Minnesota.
Bond, already the largest international staffing-software company, has acquired eEmpACT with immediate effect. The acquisition drastically increases the combined firm`s customer base, making it by far the largest staffing, recruiting and human capital management software vendor in the world.
"With eEmpACT the US leader in staffing software and Bond dominating the rest of the world market, together we`ve created a global powerhouse that no one will be able to compete with," commented Bond CEO Steve Russell.
