Borland Software Corporation announced earlier this month that it had joined the Business Software Alliance (BSA) as a worldwide member. Senior Vice President -- Law and Corporate Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Keith E Gottfried, will represent Borland on the BSA`s board of directors.
Borland will also have a representative on the BSA`s distinguished policy council comprised of hardware and software companies.
