Brainware`s share suspension is finally to be lifted on Wednesday.

The share was originally to recommence trading on 26 September, but Brainware failed to meet one of the conditions.

The company was meant to have sold its Gauteng property to Murray & Roberts for R3.6 million and transfer the deeds before it could begin trading in the cash companies sector.

The delay also affected Brainware`s plan to repurchase and cancel 190.7 million shares.

Brainware says all the conditions for the suspension have been lifted and the share will begin trading on Wednesday.

At the same time, the 190.7 million shares will be delisted and the company`s listing will be transferred from the IT sector to the cash companies sector of the JSE.
