According to Pierre Bester, Managing Director of Hardware Connection their company initially in 1994 focused on PC solutions. Since 1998 it became eminent that Storage Area Networks (SAN) will definitely be the future for the Enterprise.
Hardware Connection through innovation and dedication placed themselves at the leading edge of solution providing in the Computer Industry. They did so, amongst others, through continuous research and also investing in staff training. Members of staff were afforded SAN training in the UK.
Hardware Connection`s commitment to Storage Area Networks and Fibre Channel solutions consequently led to ACAL Electronics affording them the exclusive reselling rights to supply Qlogic, JNI and Emulex Host Bus Adaptors qualified by EMC, in Southern Africa. To date they already had orders in excess of R 4 million.
Hardware Connection recently joined forces with Matsema Solutions, a Bee company. They can be visited at the Comdex Exhibition to be held at Galagher Estate Midrand South Africa during the week 3-6 October 2000 in Hall 2 Stand no.B 38.
