BT improves customer management

According to the Telecom Paper, ServiceView will deliver a unified triple-play care toolset for BT's help desk representatives.

Using ServiceView, call centre representatives have visibility and control of services, with automated problem analysis and resolution for BT's network.

Meanwhile, Broadcasting Cable states that BT already uses Motive tools in its customer service efforts but this is the first deployment of the ServiceView Solution Suite in the UK.
