BulkSMS has developed two Web sites with local language content to support the German and Spanish market. The company also provides telephonic and SMS call centre services.
"After attending the CeBIT trade fair in March this year we recognised that the European market responded more favourably to services offered in their first language rather than marketing our products in English. Our online presence was re-designed to meet these regional market dynamics and our call centre resourced to provide first language support."
