In terms of the revised JSE listings requirements, a substantial increase is equal to or greater than 30%.
ERP.com implements, integrates and manages enterprise-wide IT solutions, concentrating on enterprise applications, information security and networking solutions.
For the six months to January - its first interim results since moving to the JSE`s main board - the group achieved a 53% increase in headline earnings per share (HEPS) to 5.5c. A net profit of R9.07 million represented a 54% improvement of the prior comparable period.
Its last set of year-end results showed HEPS of 7.2c and attributable income of R11.17 million.
The group says the latest earnings improvement "is largely attributable to improved operating margins across all service lines of business and strong growth in the information security market".
The results are expected to be published on or about 18 September.
