All of BitCo's corporate fibre packages are synchronous, uncapped and uncontended with guaranteed 99% uptime.

As BitCo's standard fibre lead time applies, those seeking connectivity sooner can take a temporary wireless link of either 10Mbps or 20Mbps from BitCo until the fibre connection is ready to be cut-over. The links are, however, dependant on confirmed line-of-sight.
The offer is subject to BitCo's standard terms and conditions which includes its acceptable and fair usage policy. Standard leads times, and once-off fees for upgrades or installation on new and renewed contracts apply. Special terms and conditions exclude aggregation for wholesale products from this promotion.
