Certification as a validation of skills has never been more important to both IT staff and managers of IT professionals and developers than now. One of the key questions on certification has always been: “How can I determine the exact training needs of my team members in line with the certification requirements?
The answer lies in partnering with Bytes People Solutions; we believe that our success during this time can be attributed to the experience and quality of our trainers, the ability to assess technical staff in line with set requirements, as well as being able to create learning paths and execute on the training programmes.
One question that clients are constantly asking is: “What type of assessment is done to ensure that delegates have gained the knowledge?” Grobler has created specific practical assessments. Any manager who is sending staff on SUN training can request this specific report. Currently, the same type of assessment is being created for Oracle training courses offered by Bytes People Solutions.
