Bytes Technology Networks becomes Munich Reinsurance exclusive e-learning partner

Bytes Technology Networks (BTN), a division of the JSE-listed Bytes Technology Group Limited (BTG) (a member of Altron group) has been awarded the contract to provide world-class e-learning solution and services to Munich Reinsurance of South Africa.

Munich Reinsurance`s Human Resources Executive, Sandy Tannahill, said: "We selected BTN to become our exclusive supplier of e-learning products and services as we felt that our affiliation with this market-leading organisation will assist us in ensuring that we effectively develop internal skills and training by aligning our group to the NQF and SETA requirements. In turn, this facility will assist our organisation in analysis reporting and identifying individual and group requirements."

BTN`s Gauteng Regional Director, Patrick Hastings, comments: "From a BTN perspective, we want to ensure that we assist Munich Reinsurance in the field of e-learning by a highly capable and more focused specialist through our partnership. This will be facilitated by working in close conjunction with our existing team of field personnel and under a well defined contract and SLA."
