Local consumables supplier cartridge.co.za is exhibiting its solutions and other value-added services at this year`s Computer Faire, being held at the Sandton Convention Centre from 13 to 16 May.
With its stand located in the Printer Village in Hall 2, cartridge.co.za will support big brand names such as HP, Epson, Canon and Lexmark, by educating SMEs and corporates alike about the long-term advantages and cost savings of using only original cartridges.
Cartridge.co.za personnel will be on-site demonstrating their On-line Ordering Solution, as well as their Consumable Management Program, which incorporates services such as `Pay-4-Use` and `Replenish-U`.
Recent studies on the total cost of ownership have shown that consumables can account for approximately 10 times the initial purchase price of the printer, and it follows that these costs form a substantial percentage of a business` running expenses and yet it has been a cost that has been seldom addressed by financial planners.
In light of current trends, cartridge.co.za firmly believes that in order for consumables suppliers to prosper, a strong emphasis needs to be placed on offering cost-effective solutions, together with customised value-added services that address the clients` individual needs. A far cry from the days of being just a stationery `box-dropping` service.
