CCI widens its convergence solution with dedicated telecommunications division

Leading convergence specialist group CCI Technology Holdings has partnered with Siltek Telecoms - the telecommunications division of JSE-listed Siltek Limited - to offer advanced telephony solutions with LAN, WAN and Internet capabilities.

This development entrenches CCI`s leadership in the convergence arena, enabling the group to supply end-to-end solutions encompassing voice, data, networking, power, reticulation and project management, with a particular focus on the SME (small and medium enterprises) sector.

Scalable and cost-effective, EuroGeneris delivers flexible call path options for increased staff productivity, versatile telephone answering, forwarding and messaging facilities, and sophisticated yet easy-to-use cost control/security mechanisms.

High-performance ISDN interfaces, combined with intelligent voice call processing capabilities, wireless mobility, computer telephone integration (CTI) and Internet access all form part of the EuroGeneris total call management and distribution solution.
