The joint offering will enable application developers to rapidly deliver rich, interactive Web applications running on Oracle Application Server 10g, while as part of Oracle`s integrated grid software infrastructure, Oracle Application 10g will enable businesses to take advantage of grid computing to achieve high availability, improve resource utilization, and lower the cost of managing computing infrastructure.
Unify NXJ provides an intuitive design paradigm and pre-built application functionality to simplify and accelerate the delivery of Web applications on Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE). By uniquely combining common programming methods and business rules with the J2EE blueprints, Unify NXJ will enable companies to leverage the skills of COBOL and client/server developers in developing J2EE-compliant Web applications that run on Oracle Application Server 10g.
