The new Fujitsu Siemens Computers mobile workstation offers full power and graphics capabilities for a range of applications
The trend at the top end of the mobile computing market toward ever faster, more powerful, lighter and more portable systems is showing no signs of abating. With its CELSIUS H210, Fujitsu Siemens Computers is presenting a brand new generation of mobile workstations, developed to address the market requirements.
Although it looks and feels more like a standard notebook, the H210`s performance and graphics are in line with those of a fully equipped tower workstation. The CELSIUS H210 boasts Intel`s new Pentium M processor technology (codenamed Dothan) and will be available in June.
In 2003, 376 778 workstations with Intel architecture processor technology were sold in the EMEA region (IDC, 02/2004). According to IDC, the worldwide share of mobile workstations among the total will grow by 11% in next three years (2004-2005-2006).
The new CELSIUS H210 from Fujitsu Siemens Computers meets all the requirements of professional users who use their mobile workstations to run applications in the following areas: CAD, CAE, mechanical design, simulation, virtual reality, visualization, digital content creation, financial analysis and financial forecasting. This makes the CELSIUS H210 the ideal mobile workstation for architects, designers and design engineers, whether they are in the office, visiting the customer, or on the move. Even those who "only" need a powerful notebook with high-resolution graphics will find the right system in the CELSIUS H210 series.
