
Citrix plans Irish expansion
Citrix Systems Ireland employs 150 people in technical support at its base in East Wall on the north side of Dublin, where the multinational has the headquarters of its customer technical support and education services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Silicon Republic says Citrix is looking for candidates for roles such as customer technical support engineering, networking technical support engineering, escalation engineering, technical relationship management and renewal sales.
The company is also interested in those with experience in customer online content development, software development and program and contract management.
According to Inside Ireland, John Kelly, Citrix senior director for customer technical support and education services, EMEA, says Citrix plans to grow its skill base and ICT solutions across EMEA.
“As a services business, one of the key ingredients for ongoing success and growth is the availability of the right skills and talent. These job openings exist now; we are hiring immediately and want to hear from talented technology professionals from graduates to experienced industry professionals.”
