CLM tools improve efficiency

Business Integrity, a provider of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, has released ContractExpress for SharePoint, reports TMCnet.

According to the company, the Web-based software solution enables users to create, collaborate, approve, manage, and report business contracts very quickly.

ContractExpress is a family of software applications that includes ContractExpress for SharePoint, ContractExpress NDA for SharePoint and ContractExpress DealBuilder. The new offering, ContractExpress for SharePoint, provides full contract lifecycle management features -- from business contract creation and execution to end of life archiving.

McCusker has released a contract and claims management solution designed to help underwriting partners to reduce the costs, risks and time it takes to implement new contract, states PR-Canada.net.

The solution aims to help reduce additional administration costs and improve customer service through more efficient and accurate claims process platform.

"The pre-configured system can help our underwriters with the ability to manage a book of business and have a real-time view of the current loss severity and revenue tied to each and every contract," says Will McCusker, president of McCusker.

Emptoris has acquired the contract and service management (CSM) business of Click Commerce, a software provider owned by Illinois Tool Works, says Purchasing.com.

Click Commerce CSM provides software and services for buying contingent labour and professional services.

It helps users find, evaluate, purchase, manage and pay for all types of these services including business process outsourcing, facilities management, temporary labour and IT consulting.
