College adopts new HR software

Farnborough College of Technology is set to adopt a new software solution from MidlandHR, says BCS.

The learning establishment has signed a deal with the human resources (HR), payroll, talent management and workforce planning solution specialist to use its market leading iTrent software.

A five-year deal has been signed by the two organisations and will see the iTrent solutions implemented in phases, beginning with core HR and modules.

University tightens IT systems

Accenture will lead a plan to develop and implement shared services for the University of North Texas System (UNTS), the company said in a press release today, writes Civ Source.

UNTS will examine campus-level and university system-wide IT and HR and payroll functions to develop a five-year plan.

According to the UNTS vice chancellor of finance and the UNTS shard services council, Accenture will craft a shared services implementation roadmap and five-year IT investment plan for capital, operating and personnel expenditures for the UNTS satellite campuses.

Bond with Generation

Bond International Software partnered its payroll services division - a BACS-registered payroll outsourcing solution - with London-based employee benefits broker, Generation Financial Services, states Online Recruitment

This is in a move to corporate clients profit from an outsourced payroll service integrated with a dedicated employee benefits service.

This collaboration is said to provide organisations wishing to outsource both their payroll and employee benefits management with a full range of services incorporated into a simple package.
