Comparex South Africa, a leading software and services provider is pleased to announce that the business has doubled in size within the past year.
Annette M"uller, General Manager at Comparex South Africa says: "Like all businesses specialising within a highly competitive market, we needed to find a working business model that allowed our approach to be profitable within an adaptable perimeter. Our aim was simple, how could we improve customer service and increase our success as a business."
Critical to Comparex's improved growth was making sure that a cohesive and solution orientated culture was prevalent within the organisation. Training became a lead priority because through adequate empowerment employees delivered a service to client that was not only tailor-made but cost-effective as well.
The company which is part of an accomplished international group has locally included a strong focus on providing services not only to large corporates but SME businesses as well.
M"uller reports that in her experience she has found that SMEs need a licensing partner that not only deals with licencing requirements but actually understands the nature of an SME business and how to provide a licencing that is not only agnostic but fits into the client's environment.
M"uller adds: "We need to bear in mind that what works for one customer will not work for another, this has been a key approach in our service deliverable to client no matter the size of their business. For example SME's often have to weigh up a number of considerations that larger corporates take for granted such as budgets, adequate data storage and security. Whereas with big businesses, efficient rollouts become challenging especially over a wide geographical range.
"This year has been very positive for our business I am pleased to say that we have found a balance that meets our clients' needs and our business goals. Our bigger team is totally engaged to improve yet again on our year on year performance," M"uller concludes.
