Computer Associates, Compaq and Trilliant present "Storage Summit 2000"

Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA), Compaq and TrilIiant Group, have announced the collaborative launch of "Storage Summit 2000," a touring series of seminars focusing on today`s hottest Internet issues and emerging technologies surrounding data protection. The tour is visiting 12 North American cities beginning in Baltimore on September 13 and ending in New York on September 22. 4 Storage Summit 2000 will feature presentations from leading industry experts on the latest advances in storage management technology. The seminars will cover an array of subjects, including cross-platform centralized management and disaster recovery. Through the use of real-world examples and innovative technology demonstrations, representatives from each of the three hosting IT companies will illustrate how end-users can resolve critical storage-related issues to improve overall system performance and maximize their returns on IT investments.

eBusiness challenges such as storage markets, data protection, high-data availability and serverless backup and SAN technologies will also be covered.
