Consilience Technologies today announced an alliance with Verity Inc, a leading provider of infrastructure software powering corporate intranets and e-commerce sites as well as e-business applications.
This alliance will enhance Consilience Technologies enterprise business solutions. It calls for the tight integration of the Verity K2 software with Consilience`s enterprise solutions, and includes a co-marketing relationship as well as a reseller agreement, providing Consilience the capability for reselling Verity`s entire product line to its South African customer base.
Verity`s leading infrastructure software, K2, provides highly scalable and precise search capabilities for corporate, e-commerce and market exchange portal customers. In support of the alliance, Verity will train Consilience Technologies staff on K2 and its advanced search capabilities.
