Cricket unveils 3G broadband modem

has unveiled a new mobile modem that plugs into the USB port of a computer, Slash Gear reports.

The new modem is called the ZTE AC3781, is affordable, and uses the Cricket no-contract mobile broadband plans.

The little modem is pretty nice-looking with its black and green design, and it has a swivelling USB port, so it can be aimed in the direction needed to get the best connectivity.

Cricket says the modem will work with PC or Mac computer. It can also be used as a flash drive to store .

According to Geeky Gadgets, the device supports 3G connectivity, text messaging, e-mail access as well as any apps that need e-mail access. It has a microSD card slot as well, supporting cards up to 32GB.
