Crux Technologies, which recently announced a decision to rationalise its operations, has entered into an agreement to dispose of some of its assets.
The company has not disclosed full details of what assets are to be sold, but says a full announcement will be made in the next week.
It says only that "certain of its assets" will go to a consortium consisting of Zafiris Zafiropulos, Wilma Cloete and Mantis Projects.
Crux announced with the release of its results this month that it had reconsidered its strategic direction and had decided to rationalise its operations.
It had been hit by key resignations, bad debts and a breach of contract.
