Dell recently added the OptiPlex 755 with flexible systems management capabilities, delivering on customer demands for business efficiency. The OptiPlex 755 also adds to Dell's environmental leadership with Energy Star 4.0 compliance.

With flexible systems management offerings, the OptiPlex 755 will help simplify IT by reducing the number of service visits required for system service and maintenance.
Dell is also integrating Intel vPro technology with advanced remote management features that help drive business efficiency. Customers now have the ability to manage systems that are powered down or have no operating system, reducing time spent on manual inventory activities by up to 99% and desk-side service visits by up to 56%.

* An upgrade path that allows customers to deploy systems with vPro, but still use existing management solutions, and upgrade to vPro when ready.
* The Dell Client Manager (DCM) Standard being a management console available at no charge for the life of the deployment.
* The DCM with Altiris Manageability Tool-Kit option that supports vPro and plug-ins for Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS).
