Design for Living gets CMS functionality

Realmdigital has unveiled the Design for Living Web site, a content managed site within the exhibitions industry that is built on Realmdigital's Content Management System, reports Bizcommunity.com.

Design for Living was established in 1978 at the Good Hope Centre, aiming to bring the home and d'ecor trade to the general public.

Since then, it has evolved into a one-stop lifestyle exhibition that showcases a range of products and services geared to improving the lives of the broad Cape Town community, the company says.

Jadu offers Web 2.0 content management products

Jadu, a UK-based provider of enterprise content management systems, has released a range of products developed to provide Web 2.0 technology to help organise information and content within an organisation and enhance corporate communication, reports EContentMag.com.

The new products range from feature-enhancing modules for the Jadu CMS, such as Jadu Multimedia, which enables video casting and podcasting, to full platform products such as XFORMS Professional, an eforms system that integrates with CRM systems and enables self-service.

Jadu Intranet 2.0, a social computing Web portal for organising, publishing and blogging information within an organisation, is also offered.

Axentra CMS services at the home core

Axentra has outlined its vision for content management as the centrepiece of the digital home, according to Techweb.com.

Axentra HipServ enables consumers to manage digital devices and centrally store, backup, access, distribute, publish and share their digital content anytime, anywhere with a common, single Web-based interface.

The integrated digital media platform provides users with the ability to manage and sync all devices, including printers, media players and network cameras, from a centralised Web-based interface. The offering enables users to aggregate, find and manage content from any connected device.
