Cisco Systems today announced that Dimension Data has met all the requirements to achieve its Internet Protocol (IP) Contact Centre Enterprise accreditation. As a Cisco Advanced Technology Provider, Dimension Data is the first Cisco Gold partner in sub-Saharan Africa to receive this accreditation.
Advanced Technology Providers are invited by Cisco to participate in a particular programme that requires partners to demonstrate their expertise. To achieve IP Contact Centre Enterprise accreditation, partners are required to display proficiency in providing high-end contact centre solutions that provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based network.

In line with the Cisco IP Contact Centre Enterprise accreditation requirements, Dimension Data has filled a number of roles, with individuals who have met specific testing requirements.
