Sibilsoftware Pty Ltd today announced plans to launch a unique payroll offering targeting the growing number of companies running international payroll in early 2006. DynamicPay is a global payroll as it will operate across multiple companies and countries. Full pay runs will be made possible from anywhere in the world and DynamicPay will provide accurate legislative and tax results.
The concept behind DynamicPay was born out of the growing international need to implement flexible Payroll systems in multinational organizations. The need for a scalable rule based payroll system was identified, and DynamicPay is now a leading edge payroll system able to fit into the complexity of various industries. The flexibility of the system will also allow companies with simple payroll requirements to operate Payroll Administration with ease and cost effectiveness.
The architecture of DynamicPay is the result of more than eighteen years of combined commercial software development experience within the Microsoft ecosystem. The design of DynamicPay takes advantage of the inherent benefits of both the relational and hierarchical database systems.
The underlying multinational payroll framework utilises a relational database scheme for stability and performance. The payroll rules engine utilises a hierarchical database structure for flexibility and extensibility. DynamicPay has been developed in C#, within the visual studio.Net integrated development environment, which is Microsoft's own language of choice for all of its internal product development projects. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with all of the Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning platforms and business products, such as Office 12 and Sharepoint Portal Services.
