In today's demanding business environment, companies need to be ahead of the game to be successful. Every day, IT and facilities managers are held accountable to their companies and customers to ensure the pulse of their operations is always up and running.
Because Eaton Power Quality understands the pressures that resellers are under, the company is helping its channel generate more business opportunities through the launch of the PowerAdvantage Partner Programme.
“One of the biggest challenges today is the increasing demand for highly available and reliable electrical power. Power is a critical component for every business's success, and it therefore brings many opportunities to our solution providers, particularly in light of South Africa's power issues,” says Evershree Mathadeen, Sales Manager at Eaton Power Quality.
“The Eaton PowerAdvantage Partner Programme is designed to help resellers grow their businesses through power quality and UPS solutions. It offers tangible advantages, helping them increase their revenue and margins and deliver excellent service and support.”
This partner programme consists of two partner levels: Authorised and Premium. The Authorised partner programme was designed to support partners willing to develop initial power quality expertise and grow their business with Eaton, and offers special pricing, Web-based training, and dedicated sales support. In addition, Eaton Power Quality will help Authorised partners with their marketing initiatives. This includes co-marketing materials, sales guides and tools, Eaton partner logo usage, access to the Eaton online partner portal "UPS Salesweb" and demo units at a special price.
Premium resellers enjoy these benefits, as well as additional ones. These include annual VIP events for top resellers and leads generation. “Designed for partners demonstrating strong commitment to the programme and willing to further invest in their business with Eaton, Premium partners receive a higher level of support from us,” says Mathadeen.
While this programme is an international initiative, the specific requirements for joining the programme are customised at country level in order to achieve the greatest impact locally. South African resellers wanting to join the programme merely need to complete one Eaton Power Quality sales training and one technical training annually, and have a company profile for their business. Resellers are welcome to join at the beginning of any quarter. Registration is a simple process via the Eaton Power Quality Web site (http://pulsar.eaton.com).
“The Eaton PowerAdvantage programme aims to deliver uninterruptible growth, reliable support and continuous rewards to partners,” says Mathadeen. “By joining the Eaton PowerAdvantage Partner Programme, resellers will have access to the resources, tools and support they need to build a successful and profitable power quality business.”
