
EMC releases CM solutions
EMC has rolled out two new enterprise content management solutions, says FoxBusiness.
The products aim to help customers quickly deploy content-enabled applications that drive better business efficiency and realise rapid return on their investments.
Whitney Tidmarsh, chief marketing officer for content management and archiving division at EMC, says: "In today's challenging economy, companies are being required to do more with less and need solutions that can help them drive new efficiencies in their business while realising an immediate return on their investments”.

Matt Asay, vice-president of Alfresco's business development division, says customers are now ripping and replacing proprietary solutions with open source solutions to save millions.
Oracle delivers Siebel CRM adapter
Oracle has revealed the availability of an out-of-the-box integration between Oracle's Siebel CRM and Oracle Universal Content Management solution called the Siebel CRM Adapter for Oracle Universal Content Management, says Data Base Journal.
Oracle says by integrating Siebel CRM and Oracle Universal Content Management, the adapter enables customers to reduce hardware and IT administration costs.
In addition, businesses deploying the adapter gain competitive advantage by facilitating collaboration and improving information access and quality in sales, marketing and support processes.
