D-Link, a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of connectivity and network solutions, today announced that the engineering certification training called the "D-Link Certified Engineer" (DCE) training course, will be conducted across the country commencing February 2006.
The DCE course forms part of the D-Link Academy suite of courses that are designed to introduce, enhance and maintain valuable skill sets that are required in the IT industry. The DCE training is a 2 day intensive training course that encompasses the very basics of networking, taking the student through a series of simple modules, right through to very advanced topics. These modules include Wireless, Broadband, Routers, and TCP/IP to name a few. Students attending the 2 day course will be required to pass assessments to gain certification.
Who should attend?
This course is for D-Link Partners and Resellers responsible for Selling/Recommending/Installing and Supporting networking products.
In addition:
* Channel Partners/Resellers who are new to D-Link Networking Products
* Channel Partners/Reseller who needs to understand the basics of network technology.
* Channel Partners/Reseller Network Administrators responsible for implementing and managing small to large business networks.
* Channel Partners/Reseller Network support staff who will act as network device installers and first-line support.
