Emptoris looks for new CEO

Supply and contract management solution provider Emptoris is looking for a new CEO after former chief executive Avner Schneur stepped down, reports Supply and Demand Chain Executive.

Schneur will continue in an advisory role with Marlin Equity , the private equity firm that is the majority shareholder of Emptoris.

Bill Atkinson, currently the group president of technology at Marlin Equity Partners, will serve as interim CEO and chairman of Emptoris, guiding the company's search for a new CEO.

IntraLinks drives contract management

IntraLinks, information exchange solutions provider, will deploy FTS Leap RevChain advanced billing and rating systems, says PR Newswire.

IntraLinks selected FTS' Leap RevChain for pricing, billing, account, and contract management.

Leap RevChain will also help IntraLinks streamline internal operations and consolidate worldwide business operations by providing a single solution to address IntraLinks' business in international markets including the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

MSFL deploys contact management

China's MSFL has signed a contract for NetSol Technologies' Financial Suite of leasing and finance products, states Computerworld.

The implementation will include the NetSol Financial Suite's credit application processing and contract management system for business operations.

The NetSol solution incorporates product licences as well as customisation, implementation, and migration services.
