Enlist HR Solutions' e-learning ship is sailing deep into 'corporate waters' of African continent

Johannesburg, 12 Sep 2007

"Life they say is a destination not a journey." The truism of this paradigm is playing on the e-learning project of Enlist HR Solutions.

According to Elmarie Jordaan, CEO: "The success attained by this project since its inception two years ago, especially in South Africa, where the company is based, is a true reflection of the professional and excellent operations of the astute, focused and success-driven EHS e-learning project team."

The success recorded so far in South Africa is the propelling force behind the launching of the project in other African countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Zambia, Namibia to mention but a few.

Louis Joubert, Managing Director, stressed that "the e-learning project is embraced by government departments, corporate organisations and individuals in those countries, because of the benefits derivable, which include reduced annual staff training budgets, flexible course accessibility, course contents and schedules that allow learners to combine fulltime work with their studies".

The e-learning project in association with the Business School of Southern Africa, and as such, learners who have successfully completed their courses, are enjoying global recognition of the certificates obtained, as attested by those who have shifted bases and yet been employed and remunerated accordingly.

Jordaan enthusiastically stated that "the spate and rate of acceptance of this globalised electronic learning by corporate organisations, governments and individuals of these African countries is a clear testimony that Enlist HR Solutions is treading on the right path".

She went on to advise other corporate organisations, governments and individuals on the African continent that have not yet enjoyed the benefits of this project, "to get on board this EHS e-learning ship that is berthing on their corporate harbours".
