EOH completes acquisition of Atos KPMG Consulting

Specialist in enterprise-wide business solutions, EOH Limited today announced it has completed its acquisition of Atos KPMG Consulting. Under the terms of the transaction, EOH will acquire Atos KPMG Consulting for R20 million in cash.

The transaction has been approved by all stakeholders and regulatory conditions have been fulfilled, including obtaining clearance from the Competition Commission of South Africa.

Commenting on the acquisition, CEO of EOH, Asher Bohbot said: "The operating models of the two businesses are complementary, making the merging of the businesses the natural way forward. We intend keeping and enhancing the well-known and recognised brand of Atos KPMG Consulting.

"The combined business will become a leading business and technology solution provider with a staff complement of over 600 professionals, substantial turnover, offices in five locations in SA and operations in several African countries and Australia.

"We are combining two companies that share a high-performance, customer-focused culture," adds Bohbot. "By leveraging our common value system, we are clearly in a position to become the number one business and technology solution provider."

Atos KPMG Consulting serves several industry sectors, including public services, financial services, communications and entertainment, energy and utilities. Its offering includes management consultancy services and solutions encompassing strategy, performance improvement, business processes design and the implementation of supportive technology.
