HP has appointed EOH Gallium as an HP Services Integrator (SVI) platinum partner. This platinum certification is the highest level of collaboration for support services between HP and selected software business partners.
In addition, EOH Gallium has also been certified as an official training partner, making the company a certified HP Education Service Centre.
Franck Mitjans, CEE and MEMA support partner manager, HP, says it is no ordinary partner that earns the privilege to become a platinum SVI partner, and EOH Gallium should be extremely proud of its accomplishments.
“SVI partners have a proven level of HP Software expertise and capabilities to provide comprehensive support on HP software products. The SVI platinum seal is given only to those partners who have the skills, infrastructure and professionalism to interact with the customer in all matters of HP Software, and the commitment to meet HP's high service performance standards.”
Haydn Pinnell, Divisional Director, EOH Global Application Solutions, says this accolade is testament to EOH Gallium's ongoing commitment to HP software support as well as its impressive customer base and retention rate. “The criterion to achieve this status is stringent with an expected 94% customer retention rate. EOH Gallium has managed to consistently maintain 98%, and is extremely proud of this significant accomplishment.”
Further strengthening its current HP software business, as an SVI partner, EOH Gallium offers complete end-to-end solutions, supporting all aspects of a customer's business computing needs. “As an SVI partner EOH Gallium will stay with a customer throughout the solution life cycle, from design and deployment into support and maintenance. Customers will continue to work directly with EOH Gallium as an SVI partner at all times,” explains Pinnell.
Mitjans says as an SVI partner, EOH Gallium knows and understands the customer's IT environment and challenges. “They've been with the customer through the tough implementations and deployments. Based on this, EOH Gallium will provide customers with optimal support and maintenance.”
Taking its HP software role further, EOH Gallium will also provide additional support to HP and its customers as a Certified HP Software Education service provider. Pinnell says the training component is vital to customers as HP continues to offer more software solutions to run, manage, optimise and secure customers' enterprise applications and data centres. “As a certified education centre, EOH Gallium will assist customers to meet today's increasing challenges with the advanced-level technical skills needed.”
The company will be running its first course in June 2011 and says it is already fully subscribed.
