Mustek, an EPSON authorised reseller, is moving EPSON Stylus Color 440 and EPSON Stylus Color 740 inkjet printers and 24-pin impact printer, EPSON LQ 2080, into the central government head offices, after it won the government tender using the EPSON products.
Willem Viviers Senior, Mustek`s corporate project manager, explains that EPSON and other printing brand products went through stringent technical testing, technological offerings and price on performance evaluation. According to him the tender board awarded the tender for installation of printers to Mustek, using EPSON, due to affordability and technical ease of use of the EPSON products.
He says that the printers suit the government`s office requirements as it provides an affordable alternative to competitive printers with out compromising on reliability or quality. "Additionally the products are all user-friendly, which is vital to adapting quickly to the environment it operates in," he comments.
