Thabiso Moerane, MD of the Black IT Empowerment Company (Blitec), has been appointed a non-executive director on the ERP.com Holdings board.
The appointment follows Blitec`s acquisition of a 25.3% stake in ERP.com, announced in August.
Blitec paid Treacle Venture Partners R43.1 million for about 43.52 million shares at 98c each.
Moerane is also non-executive chairman of Casey Investment Holdings and is on the board of SAP Public Services.
At the same time, ERP.com has announced the resignation of Paul Mather from its board.
He remains a member of the senior management team and a director of subsidiary iServe.
Mather was the originator of PeopleSoft`s presence in SA in 1993 and was appointed MD of ERP.com subsidiary activ8, following the awarding of the PeopleSoft distributorship to ERP.com in 2001.
