JSE-listed ERP.com has outlined the timetable for the change of its name to SecureData.
In March, the company said it intended to change its name following the disposal of operations not supporting its core business of information risk management.
Earlier this week, the company told shareholders its rationale for the name change was to "better suit its trading activities".
ERP.com says a circular was posted to shareholders on Monday, which incorporated a notice of its general meeting, a form of proxy and a form of surrender.
The general meeting will be held on 21 June at its Bryanston offices. ERP.com will post the results on the Stock Exchange News Service the following day. It is envisioned the last day to trade under the name ERP.com will be 13 July, with the new name coming into effect on 16 July.
