Esquire Technologies, the digital lifestyle-focused ICT distributor, is preparing to release a slew of festive season gadgets that any salivating end-user would love to have in his or her Christmas stocking.
Asgar Mahomed, managing director of Esquire Technologies, said the average consumer is still "hard-pressed by the ongoing financial hangover as a result of the global financial meltdown" - which commenced in 2008, after the historic collapse of Lehmann Brothers.
"With this in mind, we are planning the launch of a number of Christmas goodies that we believe will be firm favourites with Christmas shoppers out there, and at the same time, we are doing are best to keep the prices as close to the bone as possible."
On offer from Esquire - at what it calls "festive prices" - will be portable DVD players, portable speakers, home theatre speakers, LCD and LED TVs, portable all-in-one MP3 players (will full FM functionality), and a range of tablets for both adults and children.
