The seminar focus is the application of e-learning for business, sharing global best practice and case studies of successful e-learning in action.

The workshop will also include an e-learning simulation session with an interactive demonstration.
SCS, which became a separate commercial entity from Safmarine two years ago, will case study a recently won tender to implement an e-learning solution for South African Airways.
"We launched our e-learning division in March 2002 and had implemented the e-learning management system for Safmarine before embarking on the SAA installation," says Tertia Albertyn, e-learning manager at SCS. She says the solution is based on the IBM product, LearningSpace, which manages content and user activity for e-learning.
