Five Eastern European mobile operators, Kyivstar/Ukraine, Telekom Serbja/Serbia, Mobi`s/Bosnia, Bakcell/Azerbaijhan and K-Mobile/Kazakhstan have selected the Comverse Multimedia Messaging Service Centre (MMSC) for commercial deployment.

Comverse MMSC is a scalable system, fully compliant with 3GPP MMS standards, for person-to-person as well as application-to-person messaging of rich multimedia content. It is built on the eXtensible Messaging Framework (XMF) and based on components of the Comverse InSight Platform.
MMSC delivers advanced features and functionality on a configurable, open and flexible platform, and the MMSC advanced transcoding capabilities and rules-based XMF deliver superior MMS terminal interoperability.
