"The ILX ITIL Foundation course consists of seven topics and requires no formal entry requirements for the ITIL training course or the ITIL examination, assuming all delegates have a basic level of IT literacy or experience in a service support or service delivery role. This training course, seamlessly combined with teaching and technology, creates a 'blended learning' environment that gives attendees the best of both worlds," adds Butow.
"PRINCE 2 is a structured method providing for effective project management through best practice principles. It is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. The concept of PRINCE 2 is more than just providing staff with training, it is about embedding project management best practice into the working culture and achieving organisational benefits through improved project governance," says Butow.
