Foster-Melliar launches ITIL plus Cloud course in SA

Foster-Melliar expands its training offering with a unique ITIL Foundation plus Cloud course that aims at developing further understanding among IT professionals on how to leverage cloud computing for service management.

The ITIL Foundation plus Cloud training course was developed by ITpreneurs, the leading provider of competence development solutions for IT best practices. This course is now offered by Foster-Melliar in South Africa, a partner of ITpreneurs' global network.

The four-day ITIL Foundation plus Cloud Essentials course provides learners with a basic understanding of ITIL service management and addresses the business and technical perspectives of cloud computing. While learning the core concepts of service management, participants also learn more about how to adopt, operate and govern the cloud. There are no prerequisites to attend the course. On completion of this condensed course, participants will be able to take the ITIL Foundation Exam and the CompTIA Cloud Essentials Exam and gain the recognition and professional status of both ITIL and cloud computing expertise.
